Custom-made items
Because each piece is produced to your design, **standard returns for change of mind** are not available once production has started.
Before production
You may cancel or change your order **before we begin production**. Contact us on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible with your order ID.
Our error
If we made a mistake (wrong text, color, size, or a defect), contact us within **7 days** of delivery with photos. We will remake, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Non-returnable
Used, altered, or personalized items that match the approved proof cannot be resold and are not eligible for return unless faulty.
