Refund Policy
When refunds apply for CLG custom orders.
Eligible refunds
Refunds may be issued when:
- We cancel your order because an item is unavailable
- We cannot fulfill your customization as agreed
- We made a production error or sent a defective item
- You cancel **before production starts** and we approve the cancellation
Non-refundable
- Change of mind after production has begun
- Incorrect details you approved in writing or via proof
- Normal variation in handmade resin, wood, or casting finishes
Partial refunds
If only part of an order is affected, we may offer a partial refund or remake of the affected item.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the **original payment method** where possible, or by bank transfer within **7–14 business days**.

Contact us with your order ID on WhatsApp or at **info@craftladysgallery.com**. Include photos if the issue is quality-related.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay future orders.
